Mission Statement

The OUL is focused primarily on land and water use issues in karst and fractured rock landscapes.  Emphasis is placed on interactions between surface activities and resulting subsurface impacts.  Many clients also utilize the OUL for its ability to analytically detect fluorescent tracer dyes, some of which can be detected in the low parts per trillion range using a Shimadzu RF-5301PC Spectrofluorophotometer and proprietary software developed by the OUL.
